Thank you to Kore Gallery and especially Don Cartwright for featuring the artist collective Enid in this wonderful group exhibition in Louisville, Kentucky.
ENID: Generations of Women Sculptors, an organization of female sculptors who gather and exhibit in respect of Louisville native and recognized sculptor Enid Yandell (1869-1934). In 1998, ten artists based in Louisville founded ENID with the goal of encouraging, educating and mentoring women artists, students and each other. Today the collective is composed of 20 artists, many of whom are founding members.
